This storefront renovation on Main Street in
Bozeman was designed to function both as an active real estate office, and as a
community events center. Tickets for the Symphony, Museum of the Rockies,
and other civic attractions pull visitors into the space. The space also
functions well for large receptions, and is equipped with a kitchen. An
11' high glass partition wall closes off a conference room when needed.
Interior Environments, Inc. was responsible for everything, including the
construction documents, on this project.
A new building for this prominent insurance
company in Bozeman provided the growth space they needed. Flexibility for
the future was provided by the use of partitions which kept private
conversations within absorptive walls, but allowed visual access to other staff
members.
This new building provided 9,000 square feet - an
opportunity for this regional CPA firm to grow with their clients in Bozeman.
The conference room was designed with multiple lighting scenarios; bright task
lighting, display lighting and subdued lighting to take notes while viewing an
audio / visual presentation were all part of Galusha's requirements.
Later, Interior Environments, Inc. was asked to do the space planning and
interior design for the Helena office (15,000 square feet) of Galusha, Higgins
and Galusha, which was completed in 2006.
